Our integrated production facility handles the entire manufacturing process in-house, from initial copper drawing to final jacket extrusion, including specialized processes like spiral coiling for spiral cables. With over 30 extrusion lines, we maintain robust production capacity to meet diverse customer demands.

Conductor Process

Various specs of copper strands are produced after the conductor drawing process.

The conductor process is a critical manufacturing stage that transforms raw copper into high-quality strands of varying specifications. Through precise mechanical elongation and reduction, copper rods are drawn into fine strands with controlled diameters to meet diverse requirements. The resulting copper strands exhibit superior conductivity, flexibility, and durability, making them suitable for specialized cabling solutions. This process ensures consistent performance, dimensional accuracy, and adherence to international standards.


Insulation / sheath Extrusion

We own 30 extrusion lines, covering over 20 different types of extrusion materials.

Our advanced insulation and sheath extrusion capabilities are supported by a state-of-the-art production facility equipped with 30 high-performance extrusion lines. This enables us to process over 20 different types of extrusion materials, ensuring versatility and precision in meeting diverse industrial requirements. With a strong focus on quality and efficiency, our extrusion operations deliver superior performance for a wide range of cable and wire applications.


Curly Spiral Coil Process

We proceed the coiling & heating of the spiral cable all within our own manufacturing factory. 

The curly spiral coil manufacturing process is meticulously executed in-house, ensuring stringent quality control and precision at every stage. The entire production cycle, including coiling and heat treatment, is conducted within our own manufacturing factory. This integrated approach guarantees consistent performance, durability, and reliability of the spiral cables, while allowing us to tailor the process to meet specific technical requirements.


Heating Process After Coiled

No contamination of out-sourcing. Quality of all process is under control.

Following the coiling process, the cables undergo a controlled heating treatment to ensure optimal mechanical properties and structural integrity. Our production process is entirely self-contained, eliminating any risk of contamination from out-sourcing. Every stage of manufacturing is rigorously monitored, with strict quality control measures implemented to guarantee consistent, high-standard output.
