Conductor Process
Various specs of copper strands are produced after the conductor drawing process.

Through precise mechanical elongation and reduction, copper rods are drawn into fine strands with controlled diameters to meet diverse requirements. Insulation / sheath Extrusion
We own 30 extrusion lines, covering over 20 different types of extrusion materials.
Our advanced insulation and sheath extrusion capabilities are supported by a state-of-the-art production facility equipped with 30 high-performance extrusion lines. This enables us to process over 20 different types of extrusion materials, ensuring versatility and precision in meeting diverse industrial requirements. Curly Spiral Coil Process
We proceed the coiling & heating of the spiral cable all within our own manufacturing factory.
The curly spiral coil manufacturing process is meticulously executed in-house, ensuring stringent quality control and precision at every stage. The entire production cycle, including coiling and heat treatment, is conducted within our own manufacturing factory. This integrated approach guarantees consistent performance, durability, and reliability of the spiral cables, while allowing us to tailor the process to meet specific technical requirements.
Heating Process After Coiled
No contamination of out-sourcing. Quality of all process is under control.
Following the coiling process, the cables undergo a controlled heating treatment to ensure optimal mechanical properties and structural integrity. Our production process is entirely self-contained, eliminating any risk of contamination from out-sourcing. Every stage of manufacturing is rigorously monitored, with strict quality control measures implemented to guarantee consistent, high-standard output.
